Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 July 2026. These terms are between you and 12 Hobbies Studio, based in England and Wales.

1. The service

Zappt provides digital business cards, optionally linked to physical cards, on a subscription basis. Features depend on your plan.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, its security factors, and the accuracy of the content you publish. Company administrators are responsible for the staff accounts they create and for having a lawful basis to add each person.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, publish infringing or harmful content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform. See the Acceptable Use policy.

4. Subscriptions, renewals & price

Paid plans renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before renewal. We will make renewal terms and pricing clear at purchase and give advance notice of price changes as required by law. Redemption codes may grant a fixed period stated at the point of sale.

5. Physical cards

Physical cards (including premium and bespoke items made by 12 Hobbies Studio) are made to order; production and delivery estimates are indicative.

6. Intellectual property & your data

You retain rights to your content and grant us a licence to host and display it to run the service. We do not lock in your data - you may export it at any time.

7. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months; we do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, with notice where practicable. On termination you can export your data before deletion.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
